1. Start a chat
Let us know which start date you would like! Once we have your full name, email, class and start date we can send the registration form
2. Complete Registration
When we have your information we will email the registration form for you to fill and sign.
After you sign we send a seperate invoice with a link to pay the $220 registration fees.
When the invoice is paid we sign your form which completes registration and gaurantees your seat.
3. Prepare for Class
Registration is complete however we still need a few items. Submit the following items which are needed to enter the clinical facility:
- Copy of your completed Live Scan for CDPH
- A copy of your Tuberculosis screening
- A copy of your Physical Exam
These may be emailed to info@curamcollege.com or brought to campus.
